Emily Peterson

Hi guys! I’m Emily Peterson and I’m 17 but by the time we leave for the trip I’ll be 18. I live in Bulverde, Texas which is a small town outside of San Antonio. But don’t think that I wear cowboy boots & ride a horse to school just cause I’m from Texas! Haha, anywaysss.

 

I’m a senior in high school, and after high school I want to either start a career in youth ministry or foreign missions. I’m the oldest of two kids in my family of four. My younger sister, Lil, is 16. 

 

I’m Methodist and I’ve gone to church all my life. I accepted Christ when I was 11 years old and when I was in eighth grade I dedicated myself to a career in the ministry. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I don’t like capital e’s, which is a dilemna because my name starts with one.

 

I love music! (I play the French horn & sing a lottttt)

 

My worst fear is finding David Blaine under my bed at night!

 

I sneeze a lot.

 

I’ve recently developed a new love for reading.

 

I love having intellectual conversations.

Especially about my faith.

 

I love the outdoors & things like camping, hiking, canoing, ect.

 

I’d like to think of myself as crazy, compassionate, & fun.

 

And I cannot, cannot, cannot wait until June 19, 2009!
